General rules about uploading posts to “updates”
1. TAGS are only for declaring “spotlights”
ex: tags = [“spotlights”] # to display on spotlights
ex: tags = [""] # does not display on spotlights
2. CATEGORIES only have the following ones:
a) General # for general announcements to all departments
b) Personal-Websites # from this one to the bottom are for specific department communications
c) Business-Websites
d) Website-Learning
e) Engineering
e) House-Setup
d) Game-Design
